Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FBM Bee Chrome extension and the fbmbee.com website (together, the “Service”). By installing or using FBM Bee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

FBM Bee is a browser extension that, on an Amazon product page, compares FBA and FBM profitability using estimated per-zone shipping costs and produces a 0–100 product score from data already present on the page. All figures are estimates provided for informational purposes only and are not financial, business, or tax advice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account and subscription details accurate and for activity that occurs under your subscription.

Subscription, billing, and trial

• FBM Bee Pro costs $14.99 per month and includes a 7-day free trial. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged $14.99 per month.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@fbmbee.com and we will review it in good faith.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the Service;
• use the Service to violate the terms of Amazon, Keepa, or any other third party;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party data and accuracy

FBM Bee relies on data rendered on the page by the Keepa extension and on published carrier and marketplace fee schedules. We do not control these sources and cannot guarantee that any figure is accurate, complete, or current. Shipping and fee estimates may differ from your actual costs. You are responsible for verifying numbers before making business decisions. FBM Bee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or Keepa GmbH.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate will result in a profitable outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBM Bee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by FBM Bee and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or as needed to protect the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
