This Privacy Policy explains what information FBM Bee (“FBM Bee,” “we,” or “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. FBM Bee is a paid Chrome extension for Amazon sellers, available at fbmbee.com.

How the extension works

FBM Bee runs entirely in your browser. On an Amazon product page, it reads data that the Keepa extension has already rendered into the page and uses it to calculate an FBA-vs-FBM shipping comparison and a 0–100 product score. This processing happens locally, on your device. FBM Bee does not send the Amazon pages you visit, the products you view, or the Keepa data it reads to our servers, and it does not use the Amazon Selling Partner API, the Keepa API, or any third-party data feed.

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. The information we may collect includes:

• Account and billing information. When you subscribe, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your email and payment details to create and manage your subscription. We receive your email address and subscription status from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• License information. We store a license record so the extension can confirm that your subscription is active.
• Support communications. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, and message.
• Basic website data. Our website may record standard technical logs needed to operate and secure it.

We do not collect your browsing history, the specific Amazon listings you view, or the product data the extension reads on the page.

How we use information

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vetted providers to run FBM Bee. They process data only as needed to provide their services:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase — license and account database.
• Vercel — website and backend hosting.
• Cloudflare — DNS, security, and email routing.
• Resend — transactional email, if and when enabled.

Data retention

We keep account and license information for as long as your subscription is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request deletion as described below.

Your rights and choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account information, and you can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. To make a request, email support@fbmbee.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Children’s privacy

FBM Bee is a business tool intended for users 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
